LATEST NEWS As of 4/19/12: This application was approved by the LPC at the April 17th public meeting. The applicant revised their proposal so that wood will be used instead of aluminum for the framing and spandrels. This application is now closed.

As of 4/16/12: We just learned that this application is scheduled for a public meeting on April 17th at the LPC, 1 Centre Street, 9th Floor. It is scheduled to be presented at 12:30pm.

As of 3/29/12: The LPC took no action on this application at the March 27th public hearing. The commissioners asked the applicant to look at historic materials instead of the proposed use of aluminum for the framing. The applicant will return to the LPC for a public meeting at a date TBD with a revised application.

As of 3/19/12: The LPC public hearing for this application has been re-scheduled for March 27th. Public testimony welcome.

As of 3/13/12: This application was heard at the CB2 public hearing and is scheduled to be heard at the LPC on March 20th. Public testimony welcome.

As of 3/7/12: This application is scheduled to be heard at Community Board 2 on March 12th. Public testimony welcome.
