From the LPC agenda: Two Classical Revival style warehouses designed by Lansing C. Holden and built in 1897-98; a neo-Classical style warehouse/office building designed by John B. Snook & Sons and built in 1932; three neo-Classical style warehouses designed by J. Graham Glover and built in 1910-12, 1911-12 and 1923-26; and a neo-Classical style warehouse building designed by John B. Snook & Sons and built in 1931-35. Application is to establish a Master Plan governing the installation of signage.

LATEST NEWS As of 6/5/12: This application was approved by the Landmarks Preservation Commission at the June 5th public meeting. It is now closed.

 

As of 5/22/12: The Landmarks Preservation Commission heard this application on May 22nd and took a vote of no action because they did not have a quorum (six Commissioners need to be present in order to vote). The applicant has been asked to come back at a future public meeting, date TBD.

As of 5/16/12: Community Board 2 heard this application on May 14th. It is next scheduled to be heard at the Landmarks Preservation Commission on May 22nd. Public testimony welcome.
