Status:
A public hearing on this application took place at the Landmarks Preservation Commission on April 20th, 2010. The application was approved.
The applicant proposed to construct a 6 ft. high brick wall with limestone coping on the south side of the property, where a temporary plywood fence existed at the time. The brick wall was to extend from the building to the front edge of the property line, creating a barrier between the building and the empty lot next door (a garage, since demolished, once stood on the adjacent lot). At the time of the proposal, a brick wall had already existed on the northern side of the property.
