The applicant presented the application to the Landmarks Preservation Commission at their public hearing on Tuesday, September 20th. The Commission voted to deny this application. The applicant has agreed to correct the violation by moving forward with the work that was originally approved with COFA 03-1720.

Status as of September 13th, 2011:
The applicant presented the proposal to Community Board 2 on Monday, September 12th. See above for photos. The application will next be presented at the Landmarks Preservation Commission’s public hearing on Tuesday, September 20th.

This application is scheduled to be shown publicly for the first time at the Community Board 2 Landmarks & Public Aesthetics Committee public hearing on Monday, September 12th, 2011, at 6:30 pm at the Church of Our Lady of Pompeii, 25 Carmine St. Father Demo Hall (as this information is subject to change, please visit the Community Board’s website for the most up-to-date information).
