APPLICATION:From the LPC agenda: A Greek Revival style rowhouse built in 1845 and altered in the early 20th century to accommodate stores at the first two floors. Application is to alter and re-clad the storefronts at the two-story commercial base.

LATEST NEWS As of 10/2/12: This application was approved at the LPC today, and is now closed.

As of 4/10/12: This application was heard on April 10th at the LPC. The Commission took a vote of no action, and asked that the applicant work with staff to find a more appropriate cladding material for the storefront. The applicant will return to the Commission at a public meeting, date TBD, to present this change.

As of 4/3/12: This application was heard at CB2 on April 2nd. It will next be heard at the Landmarks Preservation Commission on April 10th. Public testimony welcome.

As of 3/23/12: This application is scheduled to be heard at Community Board 2 on April 2nd. Public testimony welcome.
