The applicant failed to appear at the Community Board 2 hearing on July 5th. It is therefore unclear if they still intend to present to the Landmarks Preservation Commission at their public hearing on July 12th. We will update this page as soon as we have more information.

Status as of June 27th, 2011:
This application is scheduled to be shown publicly for the first time at the Community Board 2 Landmarks & Public Aesthetics Committee public hearing at on Tuesday, July 5th, 2011, at 7:00 pm in the NYU Silver Building, 32 Waverly Place, Room 208 (as these details are subject to change, please visit the Community Board’s calendar for the most up-to-date information).
