  • 11/29/2016: At today’s public hearing the LPC approved this application was approved with the following modifications: reduce rear addition by one floor so that the sloped roof at the rear and rear dormers may be left intact; and work with staff to explore different signage options.
  • 08/05/2016: application was laid over by LPC.  It will be heard at a future public hearing.
