This application will be shown to the Landmarks Preservation Commission at a public hearing on May 18th, 2010. The application is to legalize the new location of a flagpole that was moved without a permit from the Commission. The flagpole in it’s original location had been grandfathered into the NoHo Historic District Extension when the district was designated in 2008. According to the applicant, the flagpole was moved shortly after designation to accommodate scaffolding next door.
