Public attendance and comments are welcome (note: this will be the first opportunity for the public to comment on this application).

Public attendance and testimony are welcome (note: this will most likely be the last opportunity for public comment on this application).

  • 10/29/13: Amendment to C of A 14-8315 (see link below) approved at today’s public meeting.
  • 10/25/13: LPC public meeting scheduled for 10/29. From the LPC agenda: Application is to amend Certificate of Appropriateness 14-8315 for the construction of a rear yard addition to include excavation at the cellar.
  • 5/21/13: Application approved with modifications at today’s LPC hearing, and is now closed. The commissioners asked that the applicant work with staff to reduce the height of the bulkhead and to reduce the number of window types at the rear elevation.
  • 5/3/13: This application, originally scheduled for a May 7th hearing, has been postponed and will instead be heard on May 21st.
