At the Landmarks Preservation Commission’s public hearing on Tuesday, January 10th, the Commission voted to approve the application with modifications.  The Commission wants the roof to be made of glass and metal.

This application is scheduled to be shown publicly for the first time at the Community Board 2 Landmarks & Public Aesthetics Committee public hearing on Tuesday, January 3rd, at 6:30pm at the LGBT Community Center, 208 W. 13th St. 3rd Floor, Room 301 (as this information is subject to change, please visit the Community Board’s website for the most up-to-date information).
