This application was approved at the LPC public meeting on Tuesday, March 13th. This application is now closed.

Status as of March 9, 2012:

This application is scheduled for a public meeting on Tuesday, March 13th at the Landmarks Preservation Commission. Revisions to the application requested by the Commission at the July 12, 2011 public hearing will be presented at this time.

Status as of February 14, 2012:
This application has been laid over. Re-scheduled public meeting TBD.

Status as of February 10, 2012:
This application is scheduled for a public meeting at the Landmarks Preservation Commission on February 14th. Revisions to the application requested by the Commission at the July 12, 2011 public hearing will be presented at this time.

Status as of July 12th, 2011
:
The applicant presented the proposal to the Landmarks Preservation Commission on Tuesday, July 12th. In response, the Commissioners agreed that other alternatives should be explored that would maintain the significant and prominent casement windows. The Commission took no vote on the application, but instead asked the applicant to consider an alternative approach and to return at a later date TBD.

The Landmarks Preservation Commission’s public hearing on this application has been rescheduled for Tuesday, July 12th.

Status as of June 20th, 2011:
The Landmarks Preservation Commission’s public hearing on this application, originally scheduled for June 21st, has been postponed to a date TBD.

:
At the Community Board 2 hearing on June 13th, the applicant presented the proposal that will be heard at the Landmarks Preservation Commission on June 21st.
